Amazing start for Francesco Pizzi, three podiums, one win and first place in the Italian F4 Championship

Well start for Francesco Pizzi in the Italian F4 championship, P2 in Race 1, P3 in Race 2 and on Sunday, in Race 3, the first victory in Italian F4, with the first place in the championship.

The first Italian F4 championship weekend starts on Friday with free practice in Misano on a hot day and hot asphalt (52 °).

Francesco did first time in practice, 1’35.028, after laps in which rookies are awesome, waiting for a great weekend and a great season.

From beginning is immediately a great Italy, Francesco raise second place with the times of 1’35.160 – 1’34.652, behind Minì, Prema driver, and ahead Fornaroli.

Race 1, on Saturday afternoon, underwent  flavor of the great challenge and the Italians always battle it out. In the end Minì won, after him Francesco and Ugran, like the grid. The safety car was not enough to change the balance of qualifications.

Race 2 is the most spectacular of the 3, the start breaking down the grid and until the last lap the drivers battle for the win. In the end Francesco get on the podium after a heart-pounding race, Rosso first and Ugran second.

Last but not least, in Race 3, the perfect race of Francesco. In first position from the beginning after a great start, he holds the first position until the end, never undermined, never in difficulty.

After half an hour of undisputed domination, the race ends with a virtual safety car that fails to soothe the great joy and satisfaction for the victory, for the weekend and for first place in the championship.

The ranking after the first appointment of 2020 sees Francesco Pizzi in the lead with 58 points, Minì with 55 and Ugran with 49.
